TEAM COACHING EXPLAINED

EMPOWERING PARENTS | COACHING ATHLETES

WE WALK YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS, TO ACHIEVE RESULTS

The eCoachIt platform works equally well with teams. Coaches who want to take advantage of the power of video to provide more detailed feedback to their athletes in a convenient and cost effective manner find that solution with eCoachIt. Our team coaching process consistency helps to eliminate questions of “who does what, when.” We want this to be enjoyable for you so that you will continue using the platform and achieve desired results for your team.

THIS PROCESS IS DEFINED BY TWO PRIMARY STEPS

 TEAM ONBOARDING
 ONGOING COACHING

TEAM ONBOARDING

WE GET TO KNOW YOU AND YOU GET TO KNOW US
You know your team already and have a sense of what each individual athlete needs to work on. Identifying the specific goals of the athlete and then being able to evaluate current capabilities against those goals is a universal need. With the eCoachIt team coaching solution, our process removes the guess work from the coach and allows you to simply provide individual, specific feedback consistently when it may otherwise not be easy to provide. The initial steps entail:
Step 1 – On-boarding Survey – series of questions intended to identify coaching scope and identify supported athletes.
Step 2 – Team Page Created – we create a unique  branded page on the eCoachIt platform for your team to be able to navigate to for ongoing use.
Step 3 – Users Created – we establish an account for each parent/representative you identify int he onboarding questionnaire for each athlete and email them directly their account activation.
Step 4 – Get Started – you direct your parents to submit video of their athlete.
It’s that easy!

ONGOING COACHING

CONSISTENCY AND REPETITION CREATES SUCCESS
Once the initial onboarding is completed, your coaching occurs. You can direct how frequently you want athletes to submit video for lesson review. The process per lesson is as follows:
Practice – You assign the drills and skills you want to see prior to the lesson, capturing those in whatever setting is most convenient for athlete.
Submit Video – parent/representative provide video of the assigned skill execution.
Video Compilation and Analysis – the provided video is compiled for coach review and coach is alerted to provide feedback.
Next Assignment – next steps including drills to complete are provided.
