  1. Thank you coach. I really like seeing what I have to work on. I added a comment about the tee…do you mean moving the tee forward toward the pitcher?

  2. Hi Hannah – thanks for sending in your video. Your swing is looking good. First thing I would like you to start with is your stance. You are starting more upright with your upper body yet when you go into your load you are leaning forward which is bringing your hands lower. So, between your starting stance and your load you should not be moving vertically at all – only horizontally back towards the catcher into your load. This will help the starting point of your hands in the starting position in their forward motion. Secondly, I want you to move the tee forward about 3 inches. I know that doesn’t sound like a lot, but I can tell from the video your hands are too far in front of you when you are actually making contact. This will decrease your power.
