Hi Lilly – thanks for sending in your video. A few things to work on. 1) Your load. We need to have you start at one height load. Stay at that height and come into your load and then move forward into the swing staying at that same height. Right now, you are moving up and down which drastically changes your site line while hitting which increases the difficulty level. 2) Let’s straighten out your step going back towards the pitcher and not towards the plate.
Hi Lilly – thanks for sending in your video. I think there are a few small things to change within your load and approach to the ball that will make a lot of difference, some is lower half and some is upper half. Please watch the video and read the comments and let me know if you have any questions.
